It is only after realization that you have actually done something wrong, can a you apologize. Otherwise, it is not a genuine apology. To truly apologize you have to basically vow to never, by any circumstance, do whatever it is that you did again. Now by no means are we perfect. But as far as apologizing, we must strive to be or else that apology is absolutely useless. It is also never really too late to apologize for something. No matter how much time has gone by or what has happened since the incident. It may just take a while for the person at fault to really realize that they were wrong. Sure it is truly at your discretion on weather or not you are patient enough to wait for or even except the apology. Spiritually, we should always apologize for our wrong doing and except the apologies of others. When you except apologies you are also vowing to forgive that person. It may be hard to forget the incident, but if you forgive someone you have to let it go forever never to bring it up again unless it rears it’s face once more, then you deal with it. And remember, God forgives us all when we ask for it, so why shouldn’t you be more forgiving! Apologize and Forgive.

Growth

Growth: 1. growing process: the process of becoming larger and more mature through natural development
A child needs protein for healthy growth. 2. increase: an increase in numbers, size, power, or intensity
development, growing, evolution, progress, advance, progression

Growth, something that is inevitable in all of our lives. We all grow in some shape, form or fashion. I mean look at it, God willing, we even Grow Old. So if everyone is suppose to be going through a growth process, then why do we beat ourselves up over things that are suppose to happen in our lives. I truly believe that everything happens for a reason. The people we meet, the places we go, the things we see and hear. You have six senses and some of us have seven including sense of humor. It’s like a radio station, all you have to do is tune in. Look around you. Be more observant. The reason I say we have six senses is because we were also given common sense. That subconscious you that you choose to not listen to, limiting yourself from being the ultimate you that you can be. Afraid of change you say. Well, I say you need change in order to advance to that next level. In order for a seed to grow it has to have water first to be able to sprout through the dirt. So you as well needed water and a little shitty compost or that bad marriage/ relationship or situation to be able to know what your standards are, and what you expect or what is expected of you as a spouse, partner or partaker continuing in your current relationship/ situation or moving on to the next. If you really look at it, it’s all for you to become a Stronger, Tougher, Better YOU. Remember to stay open-minded and understanding because we are all individuals and no one is on the same time schedule as the next person as far as life goes. That’s the meaning of true compassion. Understanding that we all learn lessons different and at different times, so keep that in mind before being judgmental or too critical of the next person. Keep that in mind also before beating yourself up over past decisions and situations. It makes no sense in crying over spilled milk, just get a sponge and soak it up. Go ahead, smile and rejoice because each experience has been and is a step to that ultimate you. Be you at all cost, that’s all you are suppose to be. Whoever filled your head up with thoughts that it’s better to be like someone else, lied. Look at the people around you, almost all of them are apart of this big masquerade. Imitating the next person and blindly following the trends set by the rest of the world like it’s wrong to be your own person. Pay attention. Don’t grab your mask and join that party where everyone suppresses individuality. It’s no real fun or adventure in it and rather zombie-like. Figure out what you like. Allow yourself to Grow.

Faith

Faith: 1. belief or trust: belief in, devotion to, or trust in somebody or something, especially without logical proof. 2. religion or religious group: a system of religious belief, or the group of people who adhere to it
3. religion trust in God: belief in and devotion to God. 4. set of beliefs: a strongly held set of beliefs or principles
people of different political faiths. 5. loyalty: allegiance or loyalty to somebody or something
confidence, trust, reliance, conviction, belief, assurance

Believing in what’s unseen. Assured that what you believe in is really there regardless of the nothing you may see before you. Being faithful, you need trust. Trusting that whatever you believe in won’t fail you. Basically blocking out all doubts and all doubters that may have the potential to waver that faith. Having unwavering faith can tend to be a challenge for some. For one because what they want to believe in isn’t a manifestation or just hasn’t manifested yet. And I feel like if it has not manifested, then you really did not have that unwavering faith in it or in it’s source. Faith Is Knowing! You have to have knowledge about what you believe in, without it how else do you know that you can even trust and rely on it? It’s just like in Christianity. The Bible tells us that God is all around us, but no man has ever seen his face. The closest anyone has ever gotten, was looking at Jesus Christ or merely the image of man. Yet and still many Christians along with myself can attest that there is a God who so graciously gave his only son for the salvation of mankind. And that all He asks is for us to gain knowledge of his word, believe it, follow his commandments, and we will have abundance on earth and a spot in heaven. Many of us have witnessed the blessing of having faith in just that. But, no matter your belief, Have Unwavering Faith in it with absolute certainty. Knowing that everything is going to be fine. Just Close Your Eyes, Fall Back And Let It Catch You! It will, every time. Just the ability to stay reserved in trying situations no matter how serious, is intriguing to me. It says a lot about your character to have patience, because in order to have patience you have to be an optimist and vice-versa. Along with patience and optimism you have to contain a key ingredient. Understanding. That’s where spirituality comes in. Understanding that we are 100% human, 0% perfect and are all 100% worthy of forgiveness if genuinely sorry. Having learned from their mistakes that is. A lot of people consider that a weakness and tend to underestimate the strength of those with this characteristic. I not only see it as a strength, but I find it to be rather beautiful. Many of our greatest leaders had and still possess this amazing quality. You can call them kind-hearted if you want to. I consider it having a heart made of armor. Not easily pierced with enough effectiveness to cause detriment. Ready for whatever. Able to weather the storm. Always maintaining persistence and endurance resulting in success. Sadly, it is often the negativity and harsh criticisms of ignorant people around us, that give those of us that possess patience, a feeling of awkwardness. Kind of playing a game of Tug -O- War, with natural God given compassion on one end and worry of looking stupid to others that don’t even matter on the other end. So who wins this battle? It’s not hard. You get to choose. We all know right from wrong. Which do you believe is the righteous way to go? We should never get to a point where doing what’s righteous makes us feel bad. Imagine if Jesus Christ was reluctant in doing what he knew and understood was the righteous thing to do! It’s never too late. Start practicing patience and listening to that righteous you and watch what it unlocks. Patience Is A Virtue!

Sunday's Bible Quote

You shall know the truth,
and the truth shall make you free. Free will: the ability to exercise free will and make choices independently of any external determining force .
Liberty, Autonomy, Lack of Restrictions, Self-determination, Independence, Choice, Free Will, Sovereignty.

Freedom, having it in every sense of the word. The ability to do and say whatever you feel whenever you feel. Freedom of speech, freedom of expression and overall, free will. Free will to choose weather or not you even want to be free. Because unless you are being physically held captive, with your life at danger, then freedom is pretty much yours for the taking. You are free to do as you please. Only you can set the limitations for your life. Think about the things that you desire to do. Who and what is really stopping you from doing them? Even the most outlandish things are your decisions to make. But just as you have freedom, you also have consequence . So, choose the things you do wisely. There is nothing like freedom. Specially, spiritual and mental freedom. To be spiritually and mentally free you have to be honest, with yourself and everybody else. Honest and certain about the things you like and want, never allowing the people around you to believe anything different. Be absolutely clear. That way you won’t have to pretend for anyone, being the person you really want to be, doing the things you really want to do. You also have to take opinions and the criticisms of others, like a grain of salt. Do You! And last but not least, you must have Wisdom. You have to be wise first to know what you should be free from and that you should be free from it. Only then can you achieve true freedom. Otherwise you will be just a free fool wandering the earth with no ambition. Riding down a road to nowhere, with no real purpose, or even not free at all. Wisdom Is Freedom ya'll. Get Free!
Happy Independence Day!

Depression

Depression~ a state of unhappiness and hopelessness
2. psychiatry psychiatric disorder: a psychiatric disorder showing symptoms such as persistent feelings of hopelessness, dejection, poor concentration, lack of energy, inability to sleep, and, sometimes, suicidal tendencies

What is depression exactly? Well, defined in the dictionary depression is as it states above ^. But, I see it as a sign that something in your present life needs re-evaluating. So, take a moment and look deep inside, I’m most certain that you know what is making you unhappy. The question is; What are you going to do about it? You are responsible for your own Happiness, your own Peace and your own Sanity. So in the end it is, and do forgive me for being frank ( All Your Fault). You have no one to blame but you at the end of the day. That large amount of debt, most likely due to irresponsible spending and living beyond your means. That dead job that you just hate going to everyday, with minimum wage and just above pay is most likely due to lack of education, determination, a clear view of what your true passion is and strengthening that, or overall not decisive on which direction you want your life to take. Your Health, your relationships and everything that makes you who you are today is all credited to you. Now give yourself a round of applause, either for your accomplishments or to your awakening from that long debilitating slumber and into a new you and a new outlook on life.
